Anna Gasparini

Anna Gasparini (@anniesguitars) is an Italian guitarist, songwriter and content creator based in Bergamo. As the lead guitarist and co-writer for the all-female alternative rock band Velvet Shot - with two released singles, '7 Secondi' and 'Obsession' - she combines live performance with guitar content creation, sharing live shows, concert clips and guitar covers of her favorite tracks with her community. Mostly self-taught following an initial year of classical guitar studies, Anna has developed an authentic, direct and modern playing style, delivering genuine and relatable content heavily influenced by prog-metal, hard rock and grunge. Drawing inspiration from bands like Alter Bridge and Opeth, alongside iconic guitarists such as Mark Tremonti, Myles Kennedy, Mikael Åkerfeldt and Slash, she focuses on heavy riffs and meticulous tone crafting. Her setup centers around PRS and Gibson guitars paired with the Valeton GP-200 digital multi-effects processor. Her growing online presence and passion for gear have also led her to collaborate as a creator and ambassador with various international music gear brands.
