Chris Hudson

Chris Hudson AKA Chris P Bacon has been in the extreme metal scene since the early 2000s. Playing guitar or bass in acts like Written In Red (GA) Metalcore 2003 – 2007, Dellamorte (GA Deathgrind) 2008 – 2018, Mylai Massacre (SC Thrash) 2010 – 2020, and many more. Currently the Founder of such acts as The Ministry of Terror (TX Death Metal) 2020 – Current, Dream Beacon (TX Ambient) 2021 – Current, and Pharmacide (TX Thrash) 2023 – Current. Constaintly writting music in many different styles to express the emotions that are sometimes difficult to talk about out loud.

Main inspiration to pick up the guitar came from artist such as Metallica, Toxic Holocaust, Napalm Death, Morbid Angel, Ghoul, Autopsy, Devin Townsend, Mudvayne, Korn, and Sleep. Growing up, I wanted to be like all these bands and write heavy catchy riffage while connecting with others like minded. Bands like Pharmacide have the fun intensity of bands like Gamma Bomb and Ghoul. While The Ministry or Terror is very much a Unique blend of bands like Morbid Angel, Napalm Death and Autopsy.
