Love these. Stay in place in my fingers, which is something I struggled with other picks.
My only issue has been strings catching on the first row of the nodules. Changing my finger position on the pick has mostly helped with this.

These picks lock in to my grip. Even with the damage to the tip of my index finger they stay secure. I just add a coat of wood glue to the grip area to really lock it in.
Amazingly hard wearing too, I used to wear out a pick at every rehearsal, but not any more.
