I ordered the Attak Pick and was really looking forward to trying it out—but my first order got lost in the mail. I reached out to customer service several times trying to get the issue resolved, and at one point they sent me a review request before I’d even received the product. I’ll admit, I got a little frustrated and sent them a not-too-naughty message letting them know I hadn’t received anything yet.
To their credit, they responded and made things right. My order finally arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised—the pick actually did something different to the tone. It added a unique edge I wasn’t expecting, and I could hear the difference right away.
After all the back and forth, I’m a satisfied customer. I appreciate that they fixed the situation, and that’s what good customer service looks like. Thanks again.
