Torq XL is the Torq scaled up — the same multinode twist grip and beveled apex tip in a larger body, for players who want more surface to hold or the control that bigger hands and bass demand. The twist grip locks in; the extra body gives you more to lock onto.

  • Larger body than the standard Torq — more surface to grip without touching the tip geometry that makes it fast
  • Multinode twist grip locks the pick between thumb and finger and resists rotation under heavy attack — no spin, no regrip, no fatigue
  • Patented beveled apex tip glides across strings with minimal resistance — sweep arpeggios, tremolo, and alternate picking at speed stay clean and consistent
  • 2mm thickness delivers authority without rigidity — firm enough to drive heavy strings, controlled enough for fast single-note work
  • The extra body suits bigger hands and bass positions — more leverage and hold for players who want more pick between their fingers

"The name is the mechanism. Torque is rotational force, so we built a grip that turns that force into hold — bear down harder and the pick digs in instead of slipping out."

— Mike DePietro, Founder, Acoustik Attak

The Science
Every AttakPik model features a patented surface structure that interacts with the string differently than an ordinary pick — creating richer harmonics, better grip, and more dynamic range.
