I live the variety of sizes and with its design they are easy to hold. The sound produced by the different size picks are great
Surge II
Surge's character in a more precise package. Slightly thicker and smaller than the original, Surge II delivers the same growl and upper-frequency presence with tighter string targeting — built for players who want aggression and control at the same time.
- Smaller body keeps your fingers closer to the strings for more tactile control — less pick between hand and sound
- Added thickness over original Surge gives more direct energy transfer — punchier attack, more authority per stroke
- Retains Surge's edgy upper-frequency character — growl and grit without sacrificing picking precision
- Immediacy on the attack makes individual notes feel more deliberate — nothing muddy, nothing wasted
- Compact design suits players who prefer the Jazz-style feel without sacrificing Surge's tonal personality
"The picks actually brighten up guitars without the player having to go to an equalizer. A straightforward and simple idea that nobody else had ever thought of."
— Jason Mariani, Grammy-winning engineer (Mumford & Sons, Joe Bonamassa)"The 'Surge' is really fun to play guitar with. I love hitting those power chords and hearing that growl. The way the pick hits the strings gives it a certain flavor to your playing. Great dynamics and sounds. Now I know how important it is to find the right pick."

Customer Reviews
The Surge has a bit more flex and can work equally well with acoustic or electric, great for more aggressive sounds
The first time I used the Surge II was with my Takemine jumbo acoustic, it projects well as it is but the pick took it to another level. With electric it to an overdriven sound and added a good amount of aggressive attack
I first ordered the Attak and Ambush as a pack for playing on acoustic. They sound great but add quite a bit of friction, making strumming really difficult. The Surge is a much better fit for campfire-style players, like me. Very happy with the purchase.
