If you don't love the picks, we'll make it right. We're players too — we get it.

30-day return window. If you're not satisfied with your AttakPik purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Picks can be used — we know you need to play them to decide.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@attakpik.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Ship it back. We'll provide a return address. Pack the picks in any envelope or small box — they don't need to be in original packaging.

Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Instead?

Want to swap for a different model or thickness? Just let us know in your return email and we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges ship free.

What's Eligible

Individual picks and pick packs purchased from attakpik.com within the last 30 days are eligible for return or exchange. Picks can be used — we know you need to actually play them to decide.

What's Not Eligible

Merch items (shirts, hats, straps) must be unused and in original condition. Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made through Amazon or third-party retailers must be returned through those channels.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for standard returns. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we'll cover return shipping — just let us know and we'll send a prepaid label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your picks arrived damaged or defective, email us at support@attakpik.com with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged picks.

Pik Club Subscriptions

Pik Club subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account dashboard. If you'd like a refund for a specific shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Learn more about Pik Club →
