Very functional. I prefer it over my Jazz III picks, and that says a lot. The shape encourages proper pick placement and technique. The material is firm, which I prefer over the lighter plastic of the Jazz III. This could be my new go-to all purposes pick.

The perfect pick

The Stealth III XL is everything I've been looking for in a bass pick. It's lightweight and precise but still stiff enough for bass strings, and the grippy texture means no more flinging it across the stage. I am finally wearing out picks instead of losing them mid show!
