Great everyday use picks for hand training amd I recommend then to my students. They promote being conscious of technique and last long

Best of the bunch

These style of picks are my favorite of the bunch. The radium is a little too small for me. It's about the size of a jazz pick. The regular stealth and stealth lite are the best imo due to their thickness. The interesting thing about these picks is that my thumb and index finder feel like they're at the same level with the string compared to a standard pick, which can be helpful for certain players and styles.
