I pulled out my D28 to demo the Acoustic Attak picks. The strings are about 3 to 4 months old and have aged from time and use. I strummed with my old MRB pick and then with the Acoustic Attak pick. The difference was pretty amazing! These picks made the strings sound near-new. The brilliance and volume were remarkable. I had to ease up on the attack and play with a lighter strum. The picks didn't alter the tonal quality, they just enhanced it. It didn't sound like a 12 string but the sound had a "chiming" subtleness that, IMO, is pleasant. I'm a boomer and over the years I have tried picks made of different materials/manufacturing techniques as technology has evolved and these picks are impressive.
