Can I choose which picks I get?
Starter curates a mix across both systems to help you explore — 5 Beveled Apex + 5 Ridged Tip. Player and Inner Circle let you set model preferences and swap between shipments. Every tier lets you request changes anytime via email. Or choose a specific pack from the dropdown when you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel, pause, or skip from your account dashboard. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. You keep any picks you've already received.
What are the exclusive colorways?
Every quarter, we produce a limited-run colorway that's only available to Player and Inner Circle subscribers. You can't buy it on the site. It ships automatically with your monthly delivery. A new color every 3 months — collect them all.
How does VIP direct access work?
Inner Circle members get a private email line directly to Mike (the founder). Questions about picks, gear advice, tone troubleshooting — anything. Not a support queue. A real conversation with the person who designed your picks.
When is the custom signature pick available?
Custom signature picks for Inner Circle members are launching Q3 2026. We're setting up the production process now. When it's live, Inner Circle members will be able to design a pick with their name, custom colors, and personal branding — made just for them.
Do I still earn reward points?
You earn 5 pts per $1 on every Pik Club shipment — almost double the standard rate. Stack that with photo reviews and referrals and you'll be earning free picks fast. See all rewards →
What if I need more or fewer picks?
Upgrade or downgrade your tier anytime from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties.
