How do I earn Pik Points?

You earn 3 Pik Points for every $1 you spend. Pik Club subscribers earn 5 points per $1. You also earn points for creating an account (50 pts), following us on Instagram (100 pts), and referring friends (200 pts).

How do I redeem my points?

Click the rewards widget in the bottom-right corner of any page, log into your account, and choose a reward. Your discount code is generated instantly and can be applied at checkout.

Do my points expire?

No — your Pik Points never expire. Earn at your own pace and redeem whenever you're ready.

Can I earn points on subscription orders?

Yes. Pik Club subscribers earn 5 Pik Points per $1 on every subscription renewal. Standard one-time purchases earn 3 points per $1.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, they get $5 off and you earn 200 Pik Points. You can find your referral link in the rewards widget.

What's the exchange rate?

100 Pik Points = $1. Spend on a $20 order and earn 60 points (standard) or 100 points (Pik Club). The 1,000-point tier gives you $12 off — a $2 bonus for stacking up.
