I'm José González. I started playing guitar at 14, though the instrument had me hooked long before that. Early on, I balanced playing guitar with drawing and my first steps as a tattoo apprentice. I played my first gigs through a music academy until I was 21, which is when tattooing became my full-time profession. Since it's such a demanding job, music temporarily had to take a backseat.
But the guitar always pulls you back in. A few years ago, I picked the instrument back up stronger than ever, and right now I'm going all out with my band, Abxenta. We're currently on a national tour, making noise in the metal scene and getting a massive response from the crowd.
